Our School Spirit
Love
We place great importance on the wellbeing of our pupils, staff, and wider school community. When everyone feels safe, supported, and valued, true learning and growth can happen.
We are a trauma-informed and restorative school, focusing on empathy, understanding, and positive relationships. Through our nurture supports, wellbeing activities, and access to additional supports when needed, we help each child to feel seen, heard, and cared for. As a member of the Wells School Network, we continue to develop our practice in supporting emotional wellbeing and inclusion for all.
Laughter
We believe laughter and joy are essential parts of school life. Our year is filled with events that bring the whole community together — from the Witches Walk and Bunny Bop to Grandparents’ Day and Catholic Schools Week.
We also love to give back, and many of our activities include a fundraising or community focus. These shared experiences create memories, strengthen connections, and remind us that learning happens not just in the classroom, but in the friendships and fun we share.
Learning
Our school celebrates every kind of learning — from academic success to creativity, sustainability, and innovation.
We are proud to be recognised as a Green School, Walking School of the Year 2024, Creative School, Digital School of Distinction, and a Primary Science Award winner.
We also value pupil voice and empower children to shape school life through our Student Council. Together, we nurture curiosity, creativity, and confidence — helping each child to develop their full potential and a lifelong love of learning.
