Monday 31st of August 2026 | School re-opens | 1.30 finish for Senior & First classes. Full day for 2nd. |
Monday 26th – 30th of October 2026 | Halloween /Midterm Break: | Friday 23rd October: Children go home at 12 noon. School reopens 2nd November 2026 |
Wednesday 4th of November 2026 | Staff Inservice on Language Awareness | One day closure for staff training. |
Wed, 23rd December – Tues, 5th January 2027 | Christmas Holidays | Tuesday 22nd December: Children go home at 12p.m School reopens Wednesday, 6th January 2027. |
Monday, 1st February 2027 | Bank Holiday | School closed |
Thursday 18th & Friday 19th February 2027 | Mid Term Break (2 Days) | School closed |
Wednesday 17th of March 2027 | St Patrick’s Day | School closed |
Monday, 22nd of March – Friday, 2nd April 2027 | Easter Holidays | Friday, 19th of March: Children go home at 12 noon. School reopens Monday, 5th of April 2027 |
Monday, Tuesday & Wed 3rd – 5th of May 2027 | May Bank Holiday Break | School closed |
Monday, Tuesday & Wed 7th – 9th of June 2027 | June Bank Holiday | School closed |
Tuesday, 29th June 2027 | Summer Holidays | Children go home at 12noon |
Remember : Where contingency arrangements are required a school authority may reduce the length of the Easter break by remaining open up to, and including Wednesday 24th of March 2027. There will also be 4 additional days for inservice on the new primary curriculum but we have not yet received notification of these dates from the Department of Education.
