Senior Infants is a busy and fun year for all children. Aistear is a central part of Senior Infants and helps to make sense of the world through play. All children take part in the "Lift Off to Literacy" programme. Lots of exciting activities take place during Arts Week, Friendship Week, Intercultural Week in Senior Infants.
The children enjoy drama, music workshops and arts and crafts during these weeks. All children love to keep fit and healthy and take part in dance, gymnastics, GAA and basketball throughout the year. Senior Infants ends with great excitement as children go on a mystery school trip as well as our Active Week taking place.
