Dear Parents / Guardians
As you are aware we are organising the distribution of your child/ren's school books tomorrow Thursday the 21st of May. The books and copies have been prepared by the staff.
It is essential that we adhere strictly to HSE guidelines to ensure the safety of all.
Therefore, we ask that only one Adult from each family attend where possible and that you:
- Please adhere to your allotted time.
- Please follow the one-way system for entry and exit.
- Please maintain 2 metre distance in the queue as marked in school yard.
- The books will be available for collection from the doors in the big hall. We have two collection points- one at each door.
- Please know the number of your child’s classroom to ensure speed and efficiency.
- If you have more than one child you can collect the packs together.
